| I, the applicant, undertake and declare that I shall abide by the instructions for applying for residence in the Emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, as indicated in this application, at the Dubai Land Department “The Al-Yalayis” Center, a licensed Center to provide services to real estate investors and their dependants and related transactions. | اقر انا مقدم الطلب ان التزم بتعليمات التقديم للحصول على الإقامة بإمارة دبي في دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة و الموضحة بهذا الطلب لدى مركز دائرة الأراضي والأملاك "ذا اليلايس" أو "المركز" و المرخص لتقديم خدمات المستثمرين العقاريين ومرافقيهم والمعاملات ذات الصلة. |
| I undertake to provide the Center with all the required details and documents completely and accurately. | اتعهد بتقديم كافة البيانات بشكل صحيح وان التزم بتزويد المركز بكافة التفاصيل و المستندات المطلوبة بشكل كامل و صحيح. |
| The Title deed will be blocked by Al-Yalayis for the visa purpose. | سيتم رهن العقار من قبل دائرة الأراضي والأملاك في دبي لغرض الأقامة |
| In case of application electronically, or via any other acceptable means for the Center, I declare that I am the applicant(or on behalf of my dependents), and the local number and e-mail address provided are my personal details and not for any another third-party and I am physically present in the UAE and I undertake to commit not to leave the country either myself (or my dependents if the application is for dependents) until the issuance of the residency approval & printing the Emirates ID, and I acknowledge that the time frame for completion will be subject to the authorities approvals, and the application will be considered rejected, cancelled, non-refundable, undisputable in the event of non-compliance with this condition. | في حالة التقدم بطلب الكتروني او من خلال أي طريقة أخرى مقبولة للمركز، اقر انني انا صاحب الطلب و العلاقة ومتواجد داخل حدود دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة وقت تقديم الطلب واتعهد بالالتزام بعدم مغادرتي الدولة (او مغادرة أي من المرافقين في حالة طلبات المرافقين) إلى حين الحصول على موافقه طلب الإقامة وطباعه طلب الهوية الإمارتية وإلا يعتبر الطلب مرفوض و ملغي و غير قابل للنزاع وغير قابل لاسترداد أية رسوم مهنية او حكومية، واقر ان رقم الهاتف المحلي و البريد الالكتروني المقدم مني مع الطلب يعبر عن بياناتي الشخصية و ليس بيانات أي طرف ثالث آخر، واقر بعلمي ان الإطار الزمني للإنجاز سيخضع لموافقات الجهات المعنية، و يسري هذا الشرط و كافة الاقرارات و التعهدات بهذا الطلب على أي من المرافقين في حالة التقدم بطلب نيابة عن مرافق. |
| I undertake not to visit the Center unless it is required by communicating with me via the e-mail that I provided the Center with, or through or a telephone call, if necessary. | اتعهد بعدم زيارة المركز إلا في حالة طلب مني ذلك من خلال التواصل معي عبر بالبريد الالكتروني الذي قمت بتزويد المركز به او من خلال اتصال هاتفي إذا لزم. |
| I undertake to pay upfront the complete professional and government fees due for my transaction solely in UAE Dirhams. | اتعهد بسداد جميع الرسوم كاملة مقدمًا وبعملة الدولة الدرهم الإماراتي فقط. |
| I undertake to pay all fines and penalties resulting from my actions. | اتعهد بسداد كافة الغرامات الناتجة عن تأخيري او افعالي. |
| I declare that I am aware that professional and government fees cannot be refunded for services already submitted, and that any refund is within 90 days only for services that have not yet been submitted. | اقر انني على علم انه لا يمكن استرداد الرسوم عن الخدمات المقدمة بالفعل لدى الجهات الحكومية وان أي استرداد يكون فقط عن الخدمات التي لم يتم تقديمها بعد و ذلك في غضون 90 من تاريخ تقديمي لهذا الطلب فقط. |
| I declare that I have no right to seek refund for professional fees or government fees concerning services refused by the respective government authority. | اقر انني على علم انه لا يحق لي بالمطالبة برسوم الخدمة المهنية او الرسوم الحكومية للمعاملات المرفوضة من قبل الجهات الحكومية. |
| I declare that I have no right to seek refund for services not processed through Al-Yalayis Center. | اتعهد بعدم المطالبة برد اية رسوم حكومية او رسوم مهنية إلا للمعاملات المقدمة من خلال المركز "مركز اليلايس". |
| I declare my acceptance for Dubai Land Department Committee to be the sole jurisdiction for disputes, and that my consent for these undertakings and declarations are legally binding irreversible commitment. | اقر بموافقتي عن ان تكون لجنة دائرة الأراضي والأملاك هي الجهة المختصة بالنظر في اية نزاعات تنشأ بيني وبين المركز و تعتبر موافقتي على هذه الاقرارات و التعهدات و سدادي للمبلغ المطلوب نظير الخدمات بمثابة عقد ملزم لي لا رجعة فيه. |
